2. Return & Exchange Timeframe

Late requests may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once the request is approved, customers must dispatch the product within the instructed timeline.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance (unless damaged/defective)

  • Worn, washed, or used items

  • Items without original tags and packaging

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

4. Size Exchange Policy

We provide size exchange support to ensure the best fit for our customers.
Before placing an order, we strongly recommend checking the Size Guide available on the product page.

Important notes:

  • Size exchange is subject to stock availability

  • Only one exchange per order may be allowed

  • Customers may need to bear shipping charges for size exchange (if applicable)

ToLike Fashion is not responsible for incorrect size selection if the size chart was clearly provided.


5. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return/exchange

  3. Provide clear photos or unboxing video (if item is damaged or incorrect)

  4. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


6. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

Depending on your location, we may offer:

  • Reverse pickup service (where available), or

  • Self-shipping option to our return address

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, customers will need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.


7. Refund After Return

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (if applicable)

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Delivery time for exchanged product: 3–7 business days (India)

Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to logistics issues.


11. Fraud Prevention & Policy Misuse

ToLike Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent requests

  • Excessive return history

  • Policy misuse or abuse

Strict quality checks are maintained to ensure fair usage of our return policy.
