  • Made-to-Order / Customized Products: 7–15 Business Days

🌍 International Shipping (If Available)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–20 Business Days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

To confirm genuine orders:

  • Unverified COD orders may be cancelled

Repeated fake or refused COD orders may lead to COD service restriction for the customer.


9. Damaged Package During Transit

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged

  • Record an unboxing video (mandatory for claims)

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours with proof

Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
